SENATE BILL NO. 160 BY SENATOR TAYLOR, entitled:                                                    
                                                                                                    
          "An Act relating to the powers and duties of the                                          
          commissioner of fish and game, the Department of                                          
          Fish and Game, and the Board of Game, to certain                                          
          nonresident hunters, to nuisance game animals, and                                        
          to consideration of the budget of the Department of                                       
          Fish and Game by the legislature; and providing for
